In Dubai, you get a standard license plate with a code ( a,b,c) and random 5 numbers. If you want a 4 digit plate it starts at $1k going up to $100k's. 3 digit starts at 100k and goes to about 500k. 2 digit and 1 digit are in the millions. Code A same number is double the value of B and so on.
With that said, most 1 digit plates are on Mercedes G55. Lots of 2 and 3 digits are on Range Rovers. I have seen 3 digits on Camrys and Lexus.
A 100 is on an X5
So plates double or triple the value of the car.
