as for pipes, u doing slip-on or full exhaust?
i thought u said u weren't modding the bike.
actually, u said, "no mods on the bike.. think it's going to be fast enough for commuting to work.. "

understandable though. once the mod bug hits, u can't stop. just think though, w/ the $$ ur spending, u coulda had an R1.

check out these guys for all ur needs -McCoy

Hot damn Broknlgs those are some hot ass bikes!!!!!

The power commander was a waste of $$$$ but if you wanna take advantage of it full racing akro exhaust and k&n filter with a little tuning time on a trusty dyno should net you a 10 to 12 horse gain! If i remember correctly you can download custom maps from their website. Ride safe there are alot of stupid ppl out there. God i miss riding! Winter is just around the corner guess it's time to clean the carbs on my snowmobiles!

will be just a slip on.. but damn.. the 06 R1 prices are outta control. as if the price on the 06 R6 is not bad enough at 11K out the door... butt most of my mods are not for going faster.. ie. the PC III... that thing really smoothed out the throttle and jerkiness in 1st in 2nd.. under 5K rpm which is a known complain on the r6's.

$11k out the door? OMG! i wonder if that's how much they are all over the country. when i bought my '01 R1 brand new from the dealer, i paid $11k on the road and out the door.

as for the exhaust, . graves motorsports sponsors their racing team.
check out this forum - R1/R6 Forum

did u see where they make Angel Eyes for the R6?
