Some people just can't let go.

I still frequent the 'Fest and post occasionally. There's no sense letting a few disgruntled hall monitors get in the way. So I was checking things out over there in their OT forum and I came across this.

Just check it out. I ask that no one jump in on it because it is a waste of time and I'd rather not give the squeaky wheels any more reason to squeak. Also, Jon has always been good to us and has had to deal with competing pressures and I don't want to cause him anymore grief. He even tells it like it is and points out that it's the same small group of people who always seem to be at the center of dramas. ("The Drama Mammas"?) He is also a big enough man to post a link to our board. That is why I still post over there; to support Jon.

It just amazes me how these guys cannot let go. It's like we killed their childhood puppy or kicked over their sand castle. It also seems that they continue to chip at Jon for what they see as hypocrisy. For people who are so principled they sure like to stick around a place they apparently don't agree with.

Anyway, just check it out, have a laugh, shake your head, leave it alone, and come on back here.

Thanks once again Kevin for your support. It still blows my mind that a small handfull of people can cause so much conflict. I like this site a lot - it reminds me of the early days at The 'Fest. I appreciate the warm welcome over here...

P.S. I am sorry once again about my quick trigger finger a couple of weeks ago WRT
the launch of this site. Those same people had kept Bimmerfest under seige for so
long that I over-reacted. Any time that anyone wants to cross-post, link, whatever
between our two sites it's fine by me. You guys really are a fun group of people,
and I enjoy your company...
