Collect sales tax for CA when buying in NY??? - Page 2

Thanks and this is what i am looking for.... but i was wondering did they collect your registration fee in right amount (Or over/less charges when you find out from DMV) cause they ask me for 2% of the sales price which I verified from local DMV is only 1% or less. If I pay him extra how would I able to get it back in my reg fee.

BTW, coming from E350 to X5. Need a bigger car.

The dealer did want to charge higher than what IL dmv said the cost is, so I printed it out from their website and showed them. They said fine, but if it costs any extra, you'll have to pay for the difference. Worked out fine in the end.
