Gotta agree with MD re 'if one could not have "fun" then, one was not breathing. The '80s tunes just added to the ambiance/bar room shenanigans...' Ah, those were the days what with a pocket full of cash, no real committments apart from maybe a small car loan.

Don't forget to add Joe Cocker, The Doors, Eagles & Split Enz

They've been running the 2007 Meat Loaf concert "Behind the Scenes" on MSG locally here in NJ, when he was promoting a tour for Bat outa Hell III. I tell you for a guy who is over 60, overweight, can barely walk because of bad knees and a bad back, he puts on a HELL of a show..All our old favorites from the prior albums including an interesting twist on a live version of "Paradise by the Dashboard Light". If you get a chance to catch it..and you're a fan of his music ..I think you'll enjoy it and appreciate the work that goes into those shows...

I had a 'Fro, wore madras coats or madras pants, polyester "dress" shirt from JC Pene', Beatle boots, wide azz ties, etc.
I have a snap shot of me in my 'Fro; I may have to try and scan it and
toss it up here. Hard to know what I was thinking...
