I feel for the kid... kinda wonder what pissed off the porche driver so much? Probably something stupid like getting cut off on accident or something.

Thank goodness for the younger guy that there was at least one witness who can corroborate his story that he was in fear for his life. It sounds like self-defense to me. Massive, aggressive man chases you down, bangs on your car, looks like he's trying to rip you out of the car, you're in fear and try to get away, he jumps in front of you car as you're trying to escape... you should get a pass on charges.

Yeah, that report there seems to have more info in it, especially in the video... I'd say there was an altercation seeded by both sides, and we may never know the full details.
The report linked in the first post made it seem like the kid was scared and tried to go around, the vid in that last one said he came back, then simply ran him over.
