Some Mtn Pics 10-21-05

A nice sunrise this am...taken in a 15-20 min span of time from our deck.
UCrew, whom is motoring south to the Mtn today, might see this tomorrow morning before we roll southeast for the X5World Meet. OTOH, about 75% of the time that guests show up, we get rain/fog and no freaking view.

See ya'll tomorrow, Saturday, at JK's at DaMeet!
BR,md

PS: I'm debating whether to hose off the X5 after our 1600 mile run down to Naples,FL and back, this past week; if I do hose the sucker that about gurantees some rain tomorrow in Tega Cay, SC. Dunno.

I don't see many sunrises. Those are stunning, though. Maybe if I lived in the mountains or on the East Coast, I'd make more of an effort.

YJ: Glad you liked them. Hope you are hunkered down for the guessing game of which way Wilma goes...I'm sure you are familiar with the budget method of storm shutters, as seen in these pics of the FLA StarterJoint from a couple days ago. We never took them off while we were there painting and wall papering.
Like a tomb inside. Hope the new joint is still there when we get back to FL for the "season".

Be careful and Good Luck to you and your Fam.
BR,md

PS: the 3rd pic is the color I painted our lil'den: sorta BMW Terra Cotta Interior color, which is my new fave if I ever get another BeamER. I'm a helluva painter if I say so myself and theCEO is a remarkable wallpapering woman, too.

Looks good. Is that Babe on the ladder the CEO? We'll see what happens with Wilma. This season, for us, hasn't been as bad as last. It got to be a real pain, shuttering and unshuttering, with the added fun of redoing the boat's lines every other day too. We did have a 6 foot surge with one of the, and the boat made it through.

I doubt we'll know what happens with this thing until Sunday. I hope your place is out of the line of fire - it seems like you're in more jeopardy than we are.

"No car show", ...absolfookinlutley, but the X had not seen a hose in a monthish. So, the trip to FL and back was a good reason to give it a "dusting" today.

Uh Oh! Ya'll know what that means: Precipitation.
See ya'll tomorrow!
BR, OlUncMotor

PS: UCrew is about 2 mins away from the Joint here on the Mtn!!!!
