I have a psp. They have only been out a month here in the uk, I think I have version 2 which I think gives you wireless internet and a few other upgrades. I will try and find the address to download the updates.

I had it but sold it already.
I thought that it would be great but I didn't use that much as I thought.
it's a great system anyway, can play movies, mp3s and even can go to online

I love It!

My brother and I got got 2 PSP's last month and can't get enough them. Got 1GB mem cards, car charger, etc. Gotta say this baby has got potencial!

We've been messing around with Virtua Tenis and Burnout playin on both PSP's via wifi AND THUMBS ARE HURTING.

No problems with seting u pthis babe, all is done automaticaly.

BTW, you can get all upgrades off the net. Ver 2 is with the browser, which rocks!

I have it and love it! Just bought Burnout last night and I have tons of music on it.

By the way, don't bother with MP3's convert them to Sonys Atrac3 format which is about half the size of the mp3 files and still sounds the same. You will have to download their software. It's called SonicStage and is basically Sonys version of iTunes but the conversion tool is built in there. I have a 1GB memory stick over 1000 songs and still have about 300MB's of space left.

I also have many wallpapers for it which is a nice way to enhance it visually instead of the usual back drop.

This thing is especially good for airplane rides when you normally have nothing to do. I play games, watch movies and listen to music. If the PSP had a personal organizer with a calendar, notes etc. it would be perfect.

I have one that I bought back in May. I went nuts with it early on but haven't played it much. When I do, I play Gretzky hockey. I've got a few other games as well. I think the graphics and sound are excellent but it loads as slow as molasses. That is the biggest gripe about the PSP. Also, I can't stomach paying $15 to $20 for a UMD movie that can only be watched on the PSP so I don't plan on buying movies unless they become significantly cheaper.

I want to download the new firmware so that I can use it as a browser. I heard that there was some download somewhere that could fry the PSP. Anyone hear a rumour about that?
