Weasel will become famous soon enough
I was almost able to but a 745i at my dealer for a similar situation. Customer had the intermediate levers replaced but never paid one cent towards the repair. Car was in otherwise great shape. By the time my service manager applied for title, the bank came and picked it up for repo. I was actually disappointed as I would been able to get it for about $7k, then decide whether to resell it or keep it for mom and sell her 528i... but oh well.

Wasn't someone on here asking about 635csi's lately?
