Do you by any chance live by Sparrow Drive in Chandler? Your house looks offly familiar like my cousins. When you enter your neighborhood, do you have you enter a gate first?

We'll, it's a small world now isn't it? Yes, I do. And yes there is a gate, and a waterfall at the entrance Did your cousin just put his house up for sale? One like that down the road just went up for sale. Here is a picture of the waterfall just outside the gate. Look familiar?

This market is so hot, it changes daily. Depends on whether you want a single or two story home. A very rough price would be ~$500k. The hood is about 2 years old. If you need more info. PM me. My best friend here is also an agent. I will give you more info. via a PM.
