And driving a Pontiac rental car I can see why GM is bankrupt. The Vibe I'm driving has less than 1000 miles on it and already has transmission problems, spotty fit and finish and cheap paint. I miss my Jetta...

You said "go ford" based on the cash for clunkers data that I assume you misread don't try to spin it now by jingling your keys in the air and saying "look over here at the bailout data etc"

Don't forget, we're on the same "Buy American" team

GO FORD as in "they didn't need any help to compete with Asia/Europe"

Well I'm actually trying to figure out how the 2nd best selling car was Ford and GM (which came in 10th on that list) has a "better" share.

I know we're on the same team..just come to grips with GM's failure wait I mean our company since the govi bought it with both our funds j/k

And I'm a big Caddy fan anyway

I'm actually happy that GM restructured, if GM fails, the economy is going to get even worse, not to mention the Corvette would be in jeapordy, which is after all, all we care about right?

Chevy, Cadillac and GMC.

Chevy gets the mainstream cars and Vette
Cadillac is the premium brand
Chevy/GMC gets the trucks

The problem is going to be that Buick is HUGE in Asia.
