that's a pretty good price, but if i were you, i'd rather take this one: For Sale: 2002 M3 Convertible SMG 55,000 miles - E46Fanatics
especially since it's local... unless the one you posted is cpo. 18k for a 55k miles m3. looks are similiar though... just 2 years older.

I don't understand what's so rare about that particular M3, on the West coast that price would be pretty average and there are a lot of unsold M3 convertibles. Two things that make it harder to sell:
1) SMG 2) Convertible Now if it was an 04 6-speed manual COUPE, that would sell pretty easily at that price with those miles.
