It's hard to say. Thing is, so many Porsche's sold are 911's that are garage queens. And garage queens are never economical to lease so most people finance them.

It is well known that Pcars have steep reductions in value. So I'm going to have to assume, no. They probably don't lease that great. That doesn't mean they lease poorly like an Audi S8 for example. But BMW really seems to be the leader in maintaining relatively high residuals.

it's kinda a lame question to ask L. Like BMW or MB or any other brand, residuals are going to vary, lease rates are going to vary, demand are going to vary not to mention money factors.

Are you going to get a good rate on very limted production GT3RS or GT2?? hell no... a cayenne V6? sure... boxster? yes. Asking how a brand leases in general is useless. Even for BMW, if you're going to lease a X5 M vs a 328i, it would be pretty different.

Yeah, pretty crappy. But they are giving some massive drive off incentives that actually offset the bad residual.

I'm sure it's just that some accountant figured out that low residual + massive drive off incentive looks better on the long term books than misreading residual.

Take from the left, give to the right.

I don't think it's a lame question. A brand either wants to lease, or doesn't. Obviously the lease is different on a 328 vs an X5M but it's somewhat relative.

My brother looked at the Quattroporte before deciding on the B7. It was lease prohibitive. Maserati doesn't want to lease.

the quattroporte is now about $1000 a month on this month's lease incentive with minimum drive off.

Well, it wasn't two years ago. I find it hard to believe that a vehicle that starts north of $120K is leasing for $1000 a month. I don't remember the specifics but will ask my brother and report back. They outwardly discouraged leasing.
