A friend in the PR world says he's facing $164 fine and 4 points on his license...Law will not pursue criminal charges other than careless driving, due to lack of evidence.
Even if he told his side of the story and case was closed, this circus would still continue. High profile peeps will typically not speak to Police if they're not required as they're the number one source for leaks these days, slightly ahead of Sammy the Bull Gravano and TMZ. |

And we have a new player in the "I got driven by Tiger's Woods" drama:
News – New Woman Claims Affair With Golfer Tiger Woods – Celebrity News – UsMagazine.com A Los Angeles cocktail waitress tells the new Us Weekly (on newsstands Wednesday) that she had a steamy 31-month fling with Tiger Woods and has a voicemail recording and text messages to prove it. Look back at the biggest sports scandals of all time Jaimee Grubbs, now 24, tells Us Weekly she began having an affair with Woods, 33, in April 2007. She tells Us Weekly they went on to have 20 sexual encounters. See more stars caught cheating Grubbs, who recently appeared on VH1's Tool Academy, also tells Us Weekly she has more than 300 racy texts from Woods, who wed model Elin Nordegren in 2004. Come back to Usmagazine.com Wednesday morning to listen to a Nov. 24 voicemail Woods left Grubbs in which he suggests his wife might suspect he is having an affair. Remember these controversial celeb couples? Talk of the alleged affair with New York City club manager Rachel Uchitel reportedly led to Woods' one-car accident near his home in Florida this past Friday. See what Rachel Uchitel told Us about the affair rumors TMZ has reported that Woods and his wife were arguing about the alleged fling just before the crash.

Your statement is exactly why it isn't going to die. You think he'll be able to touch another tournament and not get questioned?

Nobody has yet to comment on statements from the neighbors (one of whom is a retired doctor) about how they saw no evidence of him having been beaten by his wife, or anything unusual going on between them at the scene. Media won't touch that, it isn't juicy enough to sell. His professional and private life may never be the same, that's a fact. Nothing he says at this point will satisfy the media/paparazzi storm. There will be plenty of vultures coming out of the ozarks to claim Tiger had relations with them, simply to claim their 15 minutes...It's a chess game for him from here on in...Silence can speak volumes sometimes. MD hit the nail on the head as well when he said Tiger has a very squaky clean image. It is obvious he is trying to maintain that image, but the silence is making him look guilty of something. It is pointless for Tiger to try to hide it. People will be digging through his garbage for months. It is going to come out eventually and he will look bad for not stepping up and telling the truth.
