Yup, I'm having a blast with it. I'm totally impressed with it's abilities. I knew about the color swap, but have not tried it yet. I did try the color accent feature though. See earlier post where the grass and plants are green and all else is B&W.

Kevin, FYI, I just received the Canon PSC-90 camera bag, and it is too small for the SD550, so I'm returning it. The Kiesel bag i mentioned earlier though, fits perfectly, and has a little pouch to hold another memory card or battery.

Look! It's a car thats not Bangled!

Greg, when you are hiking out there in the desert, do you have to be concerned about snakes, spiders, etc? What happens if one attacks you???

(Can you tell I've never been there )

Chris

It's really no biggie. Sure it's good to keep your eyes peeled for snakes. There are so many people hiking these trails that someone else has probably already scared them off. I have lived in the desert for 18 years now, and have yet to have an encounter with a rattlesnake. Spiders are not an issue. To be honest, I really never think about it.

I've driven it a few times. It is unbelieveable. Zero to 60 in 4.2 in a 5,000# car is insane. He took it to the track and did a 12.4 quarter last week. I LOVE the interior as well. Those seats rock. It even has dynamic side bolster support.

SG: Fine pics there, my friend!
I agree: the snakes, spiders or scorpions aren't the prob on your hike; the fooking Cholla cacti are!

Sweetazz car there, too. Could they make it a tad less heavy?

Great pics!
BR,md
PS: Silver Cholla, I think...fineazz closeup

Teddy Bear Cholla or "jumping cactus". For those who have not been "attacked" by a cholla, they have tiny barbs on their needles that make them very difficult to remove, and those needles are extremely sharp and will easily go through your toughest pair of jeans. The preferred method to remove one is to use a comb. Otherwise; when you try to pull it out, it flips over and nails you again. OUCH .
