I wear sunglasses but immediately take them off when I go inside a building (never understood those people who think its "cool" to wear them inside).

As a result, I almost never use my sunvisors unless the sun angle is very low and directly blinding me while driving.

Same here. And I cannot see the BMW HUD with the polarized sunglasses.

Anyway, I drove in without sunglasses....Ouch, it was bright! How do people do it? I can't imagine not using sunglasses.
Been there. Now I always leave them in the car to avoid that.

No issue with the HUD in the Vette

The last set of Oakley lenses I got (prescription lenses, using the same frame), I specifically chose not to get polarized. I got tired of not being able to see what time it was in the X5.

I wear prescription and non-prescription Oakleys. They are great sunglasses for the price. Most of my regular prescription glasses have Transitions too. Living in the sunniest parts of SoCal require shades year 'round.

The third thing I do every single time I get in my car after put on my seatbelt and start the car is grab my sunglasses. It is such a habit that I have caught myself driving with them in cloudy/rainy weather more than once. For some reason, I swear I see better in the rain with polarized sunglasses than without. I am rocking some 4 year old Bolle's right now. Definately need to upgrade this spring.

I do also (wear in the rain) - knocks down the glare, especially around here when sometimes it is raining with the sun out!!

I have permanent sunglass-dent in my head.

I had time to kill at LHR's killer dutyfree and was thinking about some Ray-Ban's. Are Aviators out yet?

I love my Ray-Ban silver mirrored Aviators! Don't wear them that often, and very rarely in the car since I'm just a passenger.
