I think it is overstated, I bet you we end up with no more than six inches.
I know that men tend to exaggerate things a inch or two but I thought you would be a better judge.

Relax guys...I just went a couple feet down the road to a side street to turn around. Wasn't much of a "lap" . And as you can imagine, the road wasn't exactly packed with traffic, given the conditions at the time

Rest assured, all snow was removed from the top of the X5 before it ventured out onto the roads for any sustained driving. I am with you all regarding large piles of snow on car/SUV/truck roofs.
