Negotiating for 2 cars at once

Hey all. I was wondering if any of you have ever negotiated for two new bmw's at once. I am considering another x5, or possibly the f10 5ser, in conjunction with a 335 convertible for my mother. I will most likely begin looking this summer when the 2011s are out. Is there any advantage to doing this? Do I have more bargaining power or not really? Anyone think BMW will let me hop out of my current lease two months early without a penalty...wishful thinking I know lol. Thanks for any input

I don't see how you could do any worse than if you negotiated for them separately.

We bought our last two new BMWs the same day, the 535 and the X3. Traded the X5 and the Z4, and sold the 325xi privately. Dealer offered to take all three on the two new vehicles, but I could do better on Craigslist with the 325xi; he did much better on the X5 than I could do privately, and while he just did OK on an offer for the Z4, I didn't want joyriders coming around so I took the deal.

You won't necessarily do a lot better, but as noted above, it can't hurt.

My dad and I tried getting 2 BMW's at once, and possibly a third a couple months ago, but my dealer wasn't really doing anything special or bringing the price down much for buying multiple vehicles. We were trying to get a 10 X5, 750/760 and possibly a X6 hybrid. All were going to be paid cash.

We decided to get all the cars direct from Dubai rather than importing and wait for 2011 for for the X's. My 2011 X5M an my moms 2011 X6 Hybrid

Thanks for the replies guys. I figured there would not be much more give, was only being optimistic! My local dealer does not do the volume that some of the bigger metro dealers get, so I am in hopes that I can get a good deal. I will let you all know how it turns out when the time comes.

Call around few dealers. Talk to the Manager when you call. I am sure some will give you a sweet deal.
