Congrats, Weasel!
You will love your need place and "space", esp for an outdoors/country
kind of guy you seem to be.

The new commute will get old, quickly, but room to roam has its advantages, imo.
Good Luck, mD

I know the commute will get old quick, which is one reason I'm getting my old 325is back... I had installed one hell of a system in it, VERY loud and VERY clear... sounds just like standing front center stage at a concert. So mix my music with a sporty little stick shift that I had already fixed up a bit with fidanza flywheel, M3 clutch, full exhaust w/longtube headers, dinan intake, dinan chip, etc. and it will help with the commute... and that it gets 10mpg better than the 4.6is helps too. (as well as not putting 100 miles a day on the 4.6is, 500-600 miles a week would add up fast) But it is still a 40-45 minute commute no matter how I look at it.

Congrats, Weasel. If you are near Covington I guess to Kenner for work you can just take Lake Pontchartrain Causeway bridge-- which I know can get congested. I bet you hold on to that place for awhile the development on that side of the lake will help your value.

While it is somewhat near covington, it is farther west and I would be taking I55 straight down to I10. I'd much rather it that way too because the causeway can be shut down for really bad weather, get police convoys for heavy fog etc. 55 is a straight shot and not policed often at all. Not to mention no toll...
