I agree with you. If the dealership fixed it the way it should be fixed, then obviously no legal action is needed. But when they want to give this poor guy his M5 back now depreciated so much more, then legal action is necessary.

Even if the dealer fixed the M5 as it should be, the automobile title will be changed to "Salvaged", the depreciation factor is huge! You cannot sell it and recover the current worth of this vehicle, never! CarFax will pickup on it right away!
