i've never had Verizon service; even though, i'm an employee.
Verizon has the best coverage; however, u pay for it. i have Nextel. i'm quite satisifed w/ it. i've never needed service and not had it. the coverage may not be equal to Verizon, but it's never let me down.

Sprint licks my balls! I hate them and plan to change soon. I had them turn my phone off last week for what the automated system said was $3.01, that's right three dollars and a penny. I paid $10.00 to get it turned on and nothing happened. I logged in to their website that night and in one place it said I owed $141.00 in another it said $220.00!!!!!!!! I couldn't make sense of why they were different, but I paid the $141.00 and they turned it back on. I have lots of options and minutes on my phone and you'd think they would kiss my ass a little more. I really dispise them and if I can defer any potential customers away from them I would be pleased about it.

As far as I know I do not have a spending limit and but I do have a usage lmit. In the past if I've been close to the limit they have sent me a text message letting me know I at 80% usage for the month. My point is in the past 3 years I've been with them, I have been very unhappy with their customer service and my experiences with them.

verizon's service is patchy along lake shore drive in chicago
