I don't think I've ever seen a picture where that many people are actually looking at the camera, and not blinking lol

The picture is all about the guy on the right with the cigar. That's the real story, you can make it up and have a laugh.
He is Tiger's brother from another mother, born in India and wears a fake mustache to conceal his real identity as a high tech exec in Bangalore. Tiger wanted to be like him and thought he should bang a wh_ _ _.
