Mercedes has a paint that resists light scratches from car washes and stuff, but self-healing paint? I want to see it in person.

Even if it were true, the pictures are fake. If they can't show real-world images I wouldn't trust them in the future.

They say that it takes between a day and a week to 'heal' depending on the scratch and ambient temperature. If that's the case then why is the lighting EXACTLY the same in both photos. They are outdoor shot and the sun (reflection on bonnet) is, pixel for pixel, in the same location!

yea i really want to see some kind of a demostrations, it just sounds iffy you know. i wonder if my local nissan dealer has more info on it?
