I noticed that too. They must have gotten confused or got jostled after the first impact....but it definitely accelerates into the final impact. Is it still floored and smoking in subsequent views??

Sometimes the gas pedal is the only way to regain control...unfortunately for him too late...

Anyways I am quite shocked to see how clueless some people can be. Nobody went up to stop traffic or warn incoming cars of the carnage...
