Good report and nice pics as usual, mD. Thanks for sharing. That looks like the Hoover Dam I defended in Fallout: New Vegas

Great pics thanks for sharing! Love the ones of Monument Valley and Utah. I used to drive through there en route to Moab in my old Jeep - brought back some good memories! I see you were in my neck of the woods too. There's certainly a lot of great scenery in the Southwest and all throughout the US!

Thank you for the kinds words & props!
I do have a few GOOG maps, but they are nightmareish in that small format, and also don't allow for numbers of 'stops'/days past '24'. But, I will toss some up later.

Waddling around the west and Left Coast, lost my/our focus, so resuming some more road pics: Monument Valley guide Harry with VZ looking like a prisoner on display by the Taliban , then more of Humboldt Redwood Forest in CA, then up the OR coast, to Seattle in the next batch#5 & #6.
V had never been to the Pike Place Mkt, so we spent all day; fookin packed on a Wednesday. What recession?!
Thanks for looking!

Batch 6...
And, PikePlaceMkt in Seattle...
We cooped for 2 days in a Marriott, (using some of my 800,000 points), and spent some good off road/down time, and rearranged our suitcases for the upcoming Alaskan cruise from Vancouver to Whittier.

As a seafood lover, we were blown away by the variety, quality and decent pricing on the PikePlaceMkt seafood, and buckets of flowers for $10, and on and on...
