I heard on the news yesterday that Iran's president gave a speech and told his people that the Jewish concentrations camps were a lie made up to establish Israel. That's kind of scary......

guys, thid isn't about WHO is serving.
God Bless each and every one of you (and there are several of you here) who have given to protect and serve our nation (JV, Kaefer, SgtSantiago, and all the others). We will be forever in your debt for what you have done (no matter how great or how small)... you all are in the front lines, the side lines and the back lines.

there is however a great concern that when castro falls, our 'arrangement' with cuba may change, and that it would eventually become a territory, and along with its beaches and resorts, comes a significant economic burden as it is a society of social welfare (true communism) that wouldn't exactly be easy to absorb....... that's all. pretty simple.

since i am hispanic, and grew up in miami, i see this date coming (finally) now that mr castro is up in age.... as do the rest of the cubans in miami... and its a very devisive situation.

What BUSH meant to say as far as for invading Iraq was IEDs, not WMDs. You know how he always mixes things up.

As for the historical diatrabe, Kraft, as well as any other fool, doesnt know their history very well. As the frenchy said earlier, the VICHY Gov was a puppet regime. Geez, what do they teach in school these days. I think that the "JIHAD" is a well trained monkey squad. I do have to give em props for the 9-11 job. I mean that was the terrorist job of all jobs, but to call them a fucking army is about as ignorant as promising virgins in heavan when you strap this heavy belt around your waste and walk into a resturant.

As for why WWII started, again, the fucking facts are not correct. The reason could be a million different ones including Wilson's nation creation fuckup in the Europe (Yugoslavia?) the unfinished business of WWI (Maybe even this war is the unfinished GWI, which I was in) the failure to act sooner, yadda yadda yadda

I, as a devout rabid republican am getting sick and tired of my brethren attacking those "liberals" who question us as being unpatriotic (maybe I am not so rabid anymore), ignorant, siding with the enemy, blah blah blah. We have definately fucked up some battles, but we are and will win the war, with or without them "AMERICANS".

As for our beloved Armed Forces, I was blessed to serve in this service for ten years. Being a young white southern redneck, I am overly happy that the Army changed my racist parent and grandparent teachings and allowed me to judge a man as a man, black, hispanic, whatever. And let me tell you this, the armed services have more blacks and hispanics in leadership positions than one might think. And we have benefited greatly from it, if only individually. Of course, I can only speak for the enlisted corps since the old white guys still run the officer corps, but it was us NCOs that kick the ass, they just told us whose ass.

Bottom line is this. There will always be jihadists. We will always have countries to bomb. The strong survive, the ignorant eventually find out that all the virgins in heavan are fat and hairy

Im just glad I can still buy gas for my X5

What's scary is that so many of the loud voices screaming "Attack! Bomb! Screw what other nations think of us!!" are not the ones that have to do something about it... or even those that are in the big cities with targets painted on them... they're the ones that are safely tucked away in middle America, where Islamic terrorism is only seen in the media, not felt first-hand. They're like the Monday-morning arm-chair quarterbacks of foreign policy.
