Beware of buying from MRBMWX5

So, not sure how to go about this, not how I wanted it to go down, but I dont have much choice, maybe this will help fix things....

Here are the brief details to save you from reading many, many PMs....

In June I was in Afghanistan, I bought some headlights after everybody was ranting and raving about how great they were. I paid for them and told him I was overseas and that they'd be sent to a friends and they'll sit there until I returned in late July or August.

I returned August 1 and around mid-august got to my Indy and had him put the lights in. After putting the lights in I took it to the car wash to have one light fog up completely. I emailed him and he said he was surprised but to just take a bulb out and let it sit in the sun to dry out. After I explained that I lived in Oregon, where it rains almost everyday during the fall/winter/spring and that I washed my car at least twice a week, that for me to pull a light out every time and let it sit in the sun was not a satisfactory solution to the problem, I told him I'd like to have it fixed. Seemingly reluctantly he said ,"okay, I'll fix it, send it back." I then emailed him saying I got sent out of town and didnt have time to send it out yet, about a week later. Then when I returned to town and washed the car again-this time with the intention of cleaning it so I could pull the leaking headlight out clean, the other head light fogged up. I emailed him and told him the other light fogged up and offered to send pics or a video if he'd like, and please let me know his thoughts and a solution....No reply....
Again, a couple weeks later I emailed him...no reply...meanwhile, he was active on the boards because he was replying to threads....
Finally I just sent them both back and told him I was not satisfied with either the lights or his communication...I told him I'd like a refund because 1, the lights leaked and he made almost zero attempt to fix it once I told him they both leaked, 2, because he didnt have the decency for a guy who I paid 550 dollars to to reply to my emails, and 3, I am headed back to afghanistan and wont be around for them to arrive or test, they'd sit for months before I could get them in. Add to this I paid 120 to have them put in the first time, then 45 to have them shipped, and if I wanted them back in, another 120. I told him I will stick to my stock and not to send them back since I'm not around nor do I want them now. His only reply was, "I'll take a look at them and send them back to your address you shipped them from..."

Any help would be great, again, I didnt want to do business like this, but I am left with no other options.
