I hate to tell you this, but I've had Siri on my iPhone for much longer than Apple has owned them and much longer than a similar app has been available for the Android devices.

Yes, Siri as a third party app was available prior to Apple buying the company and prior to Aug 2010 when the feature was released by Google. I was comparing when Google released the feature vs when Apple released the feature.
