I sent the video to my brother-in-law who is a car enthusiast/expert. He's been to London numerous times and on one trip stayed right near that spot which is Sloane Street in Knightsbridge. He said that those kinds of cars are often parked or driving around. I'm not sure what the attraction to that area is for those rich dudes.
