I dont have a Face Book account (just rather occupy myself otherwise), and I don't know how the page/screen is displayed but I am going to assume a few things here and correct me if I am wrong. 1) Your marital status is displayed; 2) your age is displayed etc.
Now, as we all know there are certain questions that an interviewer is legally forbidden from asking during an interview i.e. are you married, what is your age. Get where I am going with this? My take is that if I was legal counsel to a company I would strongly advise my HR department against asking to see an interviewee's face book page. You are only asking for a big fat law suit.
