Opinion needed: Moto Razr V3C or E815??

I'm looking to upgrade my cell phone and am a verizon wireless customer. The features I'm most interested in are:

- Bluetooth (esp. BMW compatible)
- GOOD speakerphone
- Good battery life
- not big and bulky (like to keep my cell in my pocket :p , not so much on my belt)
- Good reception

Anything else (cameras, videos, etc.) is gravy but not really imprtant to me. Any recommendations out there from users of these phone?

Or, any suggestions of alternate phones fitting my descriptions? Thanks!
