I don't know about the other products, but my wife used Proactive (yes the silly little paid advertisment on TV) and it really helped her. She had adult onset acne. It never completely went away. She was in her mid 30's before she decided to use Accutane. Due to the horrible side effects (birth defects are first and foremost), she spent years studying it. I am a chiropractor and do not like any meds. 4-5 years after using Accutane her skin is still thinner than normal and if she gets a burn it takes twice as long to heal and the redness of the scar can last longer than a year and in some cases still has not gone away. Dangerous stuff, if you can, stay away from this med. But I have to say that it really did work.

I agree. Stay away from it. Heard some nasty stories of severe liver damage.
