One of my sisters high school friends towing company has something similar...they call it the Tator (as in rotator) and has tandem axles up front. Dam thing is a monster, and doesn't come cheap!

some of those picture could very well be taken at my local Wal-Mart parking lot... lol...
you should see how they park in Latin America!!! hahaha... some places there - free for all... and some other places - absolute order... ohh... did i mention, the ones that are orderly, a parking lot attendant there usually carries a shotgun, so there is no arguing there with the enforcement... lol...

Europe parking on sidewalks and driving on sidewalks...
just got back from ukraine. thats driving life there. park where it fits and drive any way you can.... just make sure you have money to pay if a cop signals you to pull over.
