Assuming you're using Internet Explorer...
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. Click on the Fonts button on the bottom. Language script should be Latin...and on the left select Tahoma, on the right Courier New. Click OK, then Apply, then OK. Then restart the machine. If it's still doing it, I have more ideas.
