You should sell the Jag if both you and your wife hate it and get another nice car you like(e.g. X5). That way you can balance the miles. My 2 cents.

My friend's mom had an X-Type for a span of about... like.. 4 months. She hated it, so she got a 330xi. Now she's got an X5 3.0i.. Maybe it's a sign for you Juan!

Jaguar in the last year or so has been slashing prices of the X-type due to poor sales.

I have to agree with the others that we should enjoy our cars in the first place. However it always amazes me to see some of the folks and the low mileage on their cars. I have bought my X5 back in Jan 03 and have appr 35k miles on it (and that's with appr 240 (air) travel days a year, not even sure how I managed to collect 30k miles). I am thinking about a cross country trip (shipping the car to the west coast and driving it back to east) as I think it could be a cool trip but so far I haven't made any plans

The jag is a lease, which ends in June (Thank Goodness!).

OK here is one pic I've had on the website for awhile. It's a 00 and it has....ummmm....I don't want to get shot at in here....8k on it?

In all seriousness though I'd really like to show the car off in 10-15 years. This was really the super sedan that started the horsepower war that we see today in the industry. This was also back in they day when BMW was really on top of its market and had some really hot products.

It also has a really cool option you could only get for 2000. It has the 'all leather' package which gives you leather everywhere you look, including the dash. The 2000 model was the only one that used genuine leather (2001 and ups got synthetic stuff) and this option was available with the 'sport' interior (aluminum trim, etc.) for 2000.
