It's so bad that even with a buffing machine and some wax and elbow grease, the sales manager offered to repaint the hood (full paint, not just clearcoat) and replace the windshield with a new OEM part.
What should I do? Would you still buy the car knowing this, or should I move on? Not many 2013s around, and this car is just the way I want it (Interlagos Blue and Carbon, DCT, and lots of other goodies). The manager said there will be no record of either repair in the Carfax.

Have them swap the hoods if one available, otherwise move on. I personally would not want to do with any repaint for such vehicles. Ultimately its your decision.
