I too, am glad to see more women posting here. (So is theCEO, who leans over my shoulder and reads here on occas.)
Remember this, men: there are more of them than us, on this ball. And, they have all the #U$$@ and most of the money.  Most of them are wired differently and smarter than we/me, too, imo.
