Some of you, today, are doubting what you’ve done to fight this fight. I’m telling you, you need to give yourself some credit. You are still here!

You didn’t get the vaccine. You stopped wearing the masks. You shared your thoughts with your friends and family, and even tried to help them see your point of view.

You might have lost some friends. Some have lost a spouse. And, some haven’t spoken to their parents, siblings, or children in far too long. Not by your own choice, but because they won’t speak to, or see you.

They think you’ve lost your mind. They are convinced you peddle conspiracy theories. Some even think you are guilty of endangering other peoples lives.

You’ve been kicked off platforms. Some of you have lost your jobs. Some of you pushed so hard, you had to find a new job. Some of you have even been fined, harassed, and even assaulted. Some have even been outright canceled.

Yet, you’re STILL here!

You are searching for the truth. You’re fighting for the truth. You don’t care how ugly it is. No subject is off limits for you. All you want is, to know what is true and to live in your God given freedoms.

You pray. Not just for yourself, but for your enemies too. Your heart cries out in pain because, you FEEL. You still feel, and you see that the world is suffering.

You may not have donated time, money, or goods to a stranger in need. But you need to know that you still matter. That you’re still a blessing to those that surround you. At least give yourself some credit for that.

Stand your ground in the ways you’ve already done. You’ve PROVEN you can do it. Keep doing it. You know you’re on the side of truth, and guess what? That’s God’s side.

God made it clear that we must always seek what is true. Do you doubt the truth? You know you don’t. So don’t doubt yourself either. Don’t give up now. Keep your head up warrior. You’ve done more than you give yourself credit for.

You’ve got this. We’ve got this. But most of all, GOD’S got this!

Just keep in mind, the below, was happening on both sides of the debate.

Once vaccines became widely available, like with flu, all mandatory restrictions (gov't restrictions) should have been lifted. But hindsight is 20/20. Individual businesses could still req. masks if they want to under "right to refuse service." The country would have been far better off economically, politically, etc if America had just gotten back to work. Each individual is entitled to take the risk to their own health by taking the vaccine, or not taking it. Hell, the vaccine could be detrimental... time will tell.

Yes! My recovery from the pandemic seems to moving right along. I do have cabin fever, but mainly because of all the crime these days. I try to avoid being caught in situations. It seems people are shooting others daily. And with the inflation, one should be careful with their finances while the economy is stressed.

My personal hope was, and still is that something like this (the pandemic) would bring man, and women together, not divide us. I won’t give up praying, this world definitely needs peace.

Who really knows how to properly handle a pandemic. I had said before, this thing was and is going to run its course regardless of attempts made at changing it.

If a meet comes to fruition, I hope that maybe I can be a part of the gathering.

Political affiliation has emerged as a potential risk factor for COVID-19, amid evidence that Republican-leaning counties have had higher COVID-19 death rates than Democrat- leaning counties and evidence of a link between political party affiliation and vaccination views. This study constructs an individual-level dataset with political affiliation and excess death rates during the COVID-19 pandemic via a linkage of 2017 voter registration in Ohio and Florida to mortality data from 2018 to 2021. We estimate substantially higher excess death rates for registered Republicans when compared to registered Democrats, with almost all of the difference concentrated in the period after vaccines were widely available in our study states. Overall, the excess death rate for Republicans was 5.4 percentage points (pp), or 76%, higher than the excess death rate for Democrats. Post- vaccines, the excess death rate gap between Republicans and Democrats widened from 1.6 pp (22% of the Democrat excess death rate) to 10.4 pp (153% of the Democrat excess death rate). The gap in excess death rates between Republicans and Democrats is concentrated in counties with low vaccination rates and only materializes after vaccines became widely available.

Telling people to follow their hearts and stick to dumb, anti-science conspiracy garbage is actually life threatening. Pretending we all need to come together and this is all just a matter of a 'difference of opinion in how to handle a pandemic' is a lie. It was pretty easy- space, masks, vaccines (for everyone). Saying its a personal choice in fact leads to one group dying more.....its rather simple and obvious.


But I expect the same people that believe these right wing lies about masks and vaccines to chalk this study up to fake science.
