Even with all the talk of withdrawing our troops at some point, they are still in the process of building a dozen or so perminant military bases. They said this the same way they said Osama bin Laden was behind the 9/11 attacks, and the same way they said that Saddam Hussein had ties to al-Queda. They carefully watch their wording, and without ever making a single concrete statement, they clearly imply it. Then they can go back at a later date and claim they never actually said it. Exactly. However I'm sure Obama and the dems will attempt to say "we ended the war in Iraq" and it was only implied if you're a moron But then again, the masses did vote for change boy, so maybe they do believe that
