We have a huge aftermarket for parts on old cars and lots of people restore them. They are not driven as often so I don't see the advantage of this type of program. We need to try to keep as many of the old cars around for restoration purposes, for the parts, for the hobby.

I've used parts from doaner cars for my 67 mustang and lots of the guys I know who restore cars are always scrounging for parts.
