Geoengineering just found a potential donor. It's going to be big bucks, scientists are not in agreement that it can be done or that it won't have harmful effects.

The warming of the earth is a huge concern, I don't dispute that humans are having an affect on warming. I still really wonder why there are so many scientists who say that the media is still only telling part of the story.
All we need is to hurry up and spend lots more money to lower emissions(taxpayer money) - where will it come from?
Massive new taxes from Cap and Trade or $645 billion in revenue from the likes of oil and electric companies would flow in over the next ten years
Tax energy companies and they will pass that bill right back to us. Everyone.
