That threat would be against a possible interception of their ship which would have to be approved by UN...
They are just barking...it would be suicide to act upon any of these threats... Already got China US Japan SK and Russia on their back, how much more attention do they want?? As for the wiping us of the map I can't help but laugh...even missiles that would reach US...they would never touch us...
