Iran is seeking to make nuclear energy...I don't think they have reasons to use a nuke...and as long as israel can simply deny it even has nukes Iran will always have a big mouth.

Look at Russia...besides the terrorist attacks in the break away regions their number one nuclear concern is NATO...

I agree with you but they are two different issues. Yes Terrorism is much more effective than before and Nukes and a large military will not do much to protect us. We need to think outside the box when it comes to protecting America against terrorist and we've failed. I don't doubt domestic terror as in home grown will ge MUCH worse in the future. With that said I feel safer with a red button which says mutual destruction and if you get too far out of hand just remember Japan...Who now seems to be on track after that major adjustment.

We would not decrease our nuclear armament without having some kind of breakthrough in something else...However a nuke free world is better because it makes it easier to track people who try to make one or even launch one...after all we do control the skies...
