It only took his administration 3 years to forge it... that's pretty embarrassing

On a serious note, if it's been available since he ran for President, why not just produce it 3 years ago?

That was my question too. They sort of complied during the campaign by producing the short form so it wasn't as if they were absolutely against giving the issue any traction. Why it took so many years to produce it is strange. Why wasn't it produced when the short form was brought out? It would have nipped the issue in the bud and not distracted from the important issues and work he had ahead of him.
