Thanks for the kind words, Weasel...
I am just weary of 'politics' and its lack of real innovation or improvement for the system(s) we have in place, and the deterioration of the country, fiscally and in terms of addressing what needs to get done.

No PoliSci major, but the venom flowing, coupled with the media attention on trifles vs some of the real 'issues' that few will take the time to read about or respond to, is disheartening. Today, most get their 'news & views' from 1-3 sentence capsules, and think 'that's interesting' or, 'who cares; it doesn't affect me.'

Somewhere along the line, the bureaucrats have taken over the interpretation and implementation of what the lawmakers do...Maggie's Farm.
