The ballasts blew out already. Oh wait, you're on the east coast, you have salt water near by, you need the salt water mist protected ballasts.

Yeah I think the stealer somehow by testing the DSC lights blew it.

According do the dealer it was caused by a brake light.

Who knows really...they probably don't even know.
What I do know is I pick my car up on Friday and I'm missing two front wheel caps and a speaker is blown.
