The state troopers you'll be fine with, it is the Anne Arundel County cops (where Arundel Mills is) that are MAJOR PRICKS. They will bust you for damn near anything.

But do watch yourselves out there, especially the out of staters as the cops will be out in force as they are every Saturday.

...I'm still a maybe...

and this map scares me... and with all the directions/highways being discussed.. why do i get the feeling maryland in on another planet... and i need to contact NASA before i leave...

No worries on that for you- 95 South to MD Route 100 East and after about 2 miles or so, there's Arundel Mills on the right.
