The state troopers you'll be fine with, it is the Anne Arundel County cops (where Arundel Mills is) that are MAJOR PRICKS. They will bust you for damn near anything.
But do watch yourselves out there, especially the out of staters as the cops will be out in force as they are every Saturday.

Sorry guys, I have to bail today
I'm on my way to Grandma's. Dad got a call at 6am that she wasn't doing well. I can't not be there.
