Event Information:
At 11:00 AM we will meet at the park at shelter TBA which is reserved for us. I will pick up in advance: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, baked beans, potato chips, beverages, etc. Depending on the headcount we may need some volunteers to help us with this. The park has plenty of things to do which are listed bellow. As always it will be a great day for a photo-shoot.

If you have never been before, this is an awesome event and not one you can let yourself miss! This is far from being a formal event but we do need an "accurate" headcount so adequate food is picked up. If you are interested in volunteering in this event, such as cooking, transporting food/coolers, etc., please call or PM me and let me know.

Bellow is the most current list for the cookout and will be updated as you post in this thread. Being on this list does not only commit to you attending but that you plan on eating. As a reminder the cost will be $10 all you can eat per person. If you plan on only attending and not eating please indicate that when posting and I will put you on the list but with a "0" by your name.
