Talked with Eric on the phone this evening... still don't have face to put with the name, but I have a voice. Got some advice from him on how I can get the vette ("easier to get forgiveness rather than permission") and how I can delay the closing on my house 'til January to avoid paying property taxes for 2005 ("Hey, you'll have a bunch of guys from out of town... we could go in and do some damage to your sheetrock")

We WERE planning on getting together for a couple of drinks, but after a 14 hour drive the guy needed some rest. Maybe tomorrow evening with Alain (alpac), and whoever else may be here tomorrow night.
